1. General

2. Services Provided
RMC Staffing provides professional staffing for events, including but not limited to waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, and other event personnel. The scope of services will be agreed upon prior to the event.
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email at rmcstaffingcorp@gmail.com. A signed contract or written agreement may be required to finalize the booking.
2.2 Service Guarantee
We guarantee the provision of qualified, trained staff as per the client’s request. However, in cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, emergency, etc.), RMC Staffing reserves the right to provide replacement staff of equal qualifications.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
Prices for our services will be provided upon request and are subject to change based on the nature of the event, number of staff required, and other factors.
3.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of services.
3.3 Payment Schedule
The full payment must be completed [X] days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.4 Cancellations

4.2 Facilities
You must ensure that the venue is properly equipped for the staff to perform their duties (e.g., access to kitchen facilities, event equipment, etc.).
5. Liability
RMC Staffing is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring at the event unless such incidents are a direct result of our staff’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our staff will adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMC Staffing, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your event, except for those arising from our negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Use of Client Information
We will collect and store personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and event details for the purpose of fulfilling your staffing needs. RMC Staffing respects your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
9. Modifications
RMC Staffing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
